What we did

Grade II Listed Property – Complete External Renovation

A complete external renovation of this beautiful Grade II listed thatched property and its adjoining modern extension.

The newly rendered areas were sealed and prepared, with cracks carefully repaired using a two-part cement-based repair filler. All masonry was fully prepared and finished with two coats of high-quality masonry paint throughout.

All timber windows were thoroughly rubbed back to bare wood, prepared and finished with three coats of Sadolin Extra for a durable, long-lasting finish.

BKM Scaffolders erected full access to allow the fascias, soffits and high-level areas to be safely and professionally renovated.

A substantial exterior renovation with fantastic attention to detail and a beautiful, high-quality finish throughout.
